Can someone tell me if this car should come with front fogs as standard?
my headlight switch only pulls out one place and then the rear fogs come on!

All i can say is that mine has. And all the cars i looked at were the same. But then i only looked at specific cars, as i wanted a 2.0ltr 16v 5 door with air-con. Mine is a 97 P. dont know if any changes were made during the life of the Mk 3. All the after market goodies seem the same.

mine came with them too. mines a '97 as well.
headlight switch pulls out in two phases, one for front, then again for back (i think its that order)

although still an optional extra, all late models ('97 on) had the two position switch and the majority had the loom in place as well (to make delaer upgrades easier).

Mine is a 95 and has the wiring and the fog lights (even have bulbs in!!), just not the switch, like yours mine only pulls out one stop! Keep meaning to try and get hold of the right switch for it.

From '96 onwards the spec changed on the mk3, and some items were added and others made options, i.e. sunroof made an option, bee-sting standard on 8v, front fogs standard, etc.
