newbie looking for a mk2 (swap for mint black mr2 )

hey guys
be gentle, i'm a noob to vw's  :grin:

i've currently got a mk2 rev 3 MR2 180hp, and im looking to swap for a mk2 golf.

always wanted a MK2 Gti or MK1 ... so im on the prowl  :rolleyes:

had a good mooch round this site yesterday and its looking good!  :cool:

Anyone had an mr2 and turned VW?

(i've had jap cars for 4 yrs since i starte driving )

they will feel a little differnt to an mr2! i see you had the rev 3, was it the turbo one with lsd? as the others can be a handleful in the wet esp the rev1's!

its the non turbo without lsd.

its got a shed load of spec like.

not bothered about the drive difference, i just want a Dub  :tongue:

spec list:

its a black, rev 3 180hp n/a.
Spec:
SARD Racing induction kit
5zigen twin exit exhaust
Toms adjustable suspension
Toms adjustable front top mounts
17" Alloys (toora platinum 5's)
Purple tints on rear/side windows
APP Braided brake lines all round
Uprated front/rear ARB
Front Fogs (not fitted)
its also got a CAT 1 alarm on!
Air Con (in full working order)
E-Con (also in full working order)
Decat
Exedy Clutch kit
Power Folding Mirrors
JDM boot mat
Man in Dandism floor mats

the tyres are fitted with 215s on the front(falken Ziex tyres)
and 225's on the back (goodyear gsd3's)
11 months MOT
5 months tax

think i might advertise it on pistonheads soon like if i get no interest on here.

i'ld rather swap for a golf that i want rather than sell this THEN buy a golf  :smiley:

i've got 1,000,000 questions to ask on here, but i'll use the search button first.  :rolleyes:

you'd be mental to spend 2k on a mk2. 1k max for the car, with money to fix it when things inevitb invet inevitably go wrong.
