It's really not all that (well, wasn't).  It's just a pub, but was the cheapest as I had a made with a spare room who lived staggering distance

Not really ventured to Snodland much, it was on 'Homes under the Hammer' a little while ago when some nobber brought a pub there and wanted to turn it to flats!  They kept pronouncing Snodland funny!

how much should i be expecting to pay for an anniversary body kit?

geuine expect to pay approx £600

to the OP - spraying can vary from £50 to a couple of hundred quid - get a couple of quotes but also ask to see there work - sometimes its worth paying the extra for a top job

Sorry Rhyso - I think it's me keeps sending things off topic  :lipsrsealed:

Recently bought a GTI in silver.  I am going to look into putting a rear roof spoiler on, probably the original one with the cutout in.  Cant seem to find an original one anywhere online? Or am i better going to a bodyshop or a dealer?  I would take it to the bodyshop to get spayed and fitted. Which leads me to the black bits along the bottom of the front and back bumpers has anyone got these sprayed in silver and got any pics?
From what I've read on here, only get a genuine spoiler.  Keep your eyes peeled on the forum sale sections, or take the bullet and buy the part from a dealer.

For the spraying and fitting, in my experience decent bodyshop will charge £120 ish for spraying and fitting the spoiler, and around £80 each for the front and rear ends.

I take it that's a V6 4mo front valance?  How easy to find, or any idea of the dealer price?

I lived in Medway for the first 28 years of my life too   Moved up this way 4 years ago..

yes and no, the TDI 150 and the V6 share the valance and some of the undertray parts, however the TDI 150 has them modified to accommodate some of the pipe work, eg the side bits come filled, and they have to be cut out (passenger side) to feed the air intake.

regarding the price, they are dirt cheap £27 IIRC and dead easy to fit.

there are quite a few of us from mid kent, i've only lived here for about 7 years.
