with his newly aquired fibre glass skills i reckon dizzie should fabricate something on a cover to house the throttle cable (usually goes round the side of the engine on mk4's/TT's)
my cover is sat in the boot at the moment until i get it trimmed, doesnt fit over the dump valve after i put the samco inlet pipe on  :-\

BACKKKKKKK! ;D

yes, i'm still grinning!

it's like a f**king balistic f**king misile (sp) now!

I'll take some pics tomorrow afternoon after work and after I've cleaned it up a bit. it's still a bit grubby. Need to relocate some wires too.

not a bad spray job on the bay for ?80.

argh. out there at 5.50am wiring up the headunit. that's all working now though :)

bloody dump valve! it's like a ratter snake fight under there. although brings a smile everytime they do it ;D

Got a few other bits and peices that need attention. The warpped G60 disc is the main one. The whole car shakes when you brake. :( I'll clean the engine up and tidy a few things up under there and take some decent pics. after I've finished work probably.

Ahem....Didnt you tell me it was an atmospheric system and you couldnt afford a stand alone fuel management to incorporate a dump valve? or where you just accting like a cheap skate so i would buy you beer at the next meet? ;)

Looks good, Is the motor a DOHC or a SOHC? It looks like a SOHC in the pic but i could be wrong (twin or single cam)
