whats the best psi front and back for the goodyear f1 assymetricals 225/40/18

btw there proper sexy tyres.

Well, in theory, you should increase the pressures as the sidewall reduces.

HOWEVER............................................

The standard set up on 205/55 16's (2.1 BAR @ F/1.9 @ R) & is set up to slightly lean towards the safer understeer (higher pressure up front), but I personally like 2 BAR (29 psi) all-round on my 225/40 18's. :afro:

Golf SOLD. Replaced with a Yamaha Raptor 660 quad and loving it. This will be replaced in August with a Raptor 700. Sold the quad now got a Vectra GSI 2.5 V6 and its the nuts.

Brands Hatch massive. MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTED!

Your generous I would have said put none in head for a long stretch of deserted motorway and floor it and when at about 130mph yank the steering wheel hard to the right the handbrake could also be used in conjuntion with this for added affect. Make sure you let us know what happened.  :grin:

Who are they, got a link?  Pretty good price.  When they getting fitted?  The fitters might know the correct PSI.  If not, tell us who they are, we'll make sure they fit them properly.
