Polo HID kit into a Golf ?!?!?!

Hi Guys,

My mate has a 2000 W reg 1.4 polo and has HID kits in it and is selling them at a good price, he said they would go straight into my Golf......I'm no expert on these kits and was wondering if any of you VW heads knew if they would also fit my car.

if the bulbs are h7 then yeah dont see why not.. i got "hids" in mine, they are bit of scatter beams and as most will tell you on here not legal...  :cry:
