They mostly suck the big one, I have experienced this from a service pov...but also and much more alarmingly from a sales perspective...
Me: OK I have £20,000 to spend on a GTI....do you want my money?
Spotty sales monkey: "yes sir...I will get the car for you, its not at the dealership just now, its a demonstrator and out of the office"...
Me: ok thanks, call me when its back, its just the thing I am looking for!

Not a word, not a dicky bird, not so much as a postcard.... I eventually 10 days later called the Sales Manager and tore him a new @rsehole....and never went back...In general they are low level, commission led lazy scroates.....
