Sorry guys, but I don't venture here often - think it might be my first time!  I normally go to the Mk1 Owners Club for any Mk1 related stuff and live on the Mk5 forum over here.  Anyway, I thought you would like pics of my Mk1 Campaign with 39k from new with 2 previous owners  :drool: Its at the local dealers for the Mk6 Golf launch tonight. Anyone spot the non-standard item?








Wolsey Ipswich were kind enough to MOT the car for free in return.  :grin:  The MOT tech said it barely looked more than 3 years old.  :cool:

Just come back from the launch and thats exactly what happenned!  :rolleyes:  The Mk1 got a lot more attention than any other later iterations.  For some reason, the Mk3 was tucked away in a corner on its own  :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

I'm covering a similar event for Torquevw @ the Martins in Basingstoke on the 15th. Looks like it was fun!

It was much better than I expected. My 4 year old daughter loved it too with amazing fireworks, face painting, a ballon stand and magic show - oh and food and drink all free.
