does your car have the highline computer or the midline, if its Midline, and an 54-05 GTi, im sure you cant.

If it has highline and a mfsw, then its operator error

Have a look at the user handbook, im sure you can, i had an 05 GTi with highline though, and i could scroll up and down the tracks. Do any of the other buttons work?? . It may well be that the steering wheel was retro fitted by its former keeper. In which case i doubt if it does. But check it out in anycase. My 07 Passat i retro fitted a mfsw , all because i wanted the paddle shifters and i didnt get full usage of the buttons because the car have the Midline setup.

The only head unit control from the MFSW is volume and mute, surely it's something to do with what compter is fitted as reading the handbook there are all sorts of functions and menus on the 'highline' one, also it was defo a factory option on my car
