I take it thats the same engine as my old A3 20v? (AGN code)

The old VAG 20v unit is a 1.8.
Bit of an improvement  :D

Mine was a 1.8 non turbo (125BHP).

BTW our estate is the same colour as yours. Nice choice mate. You keeping the VR6 then?

Not sure what i'm gonna do with the vr at the moment.
The 2.0 20v is only 130 bhp, but it does produce 144 lb ft at 3000rpm.

Great cars the Passat. I love ours. It drives so nice. As mentioned it is a diesel but produces the same 130BHP.

The VR6 must be worth keeping as a weekend car. If its low miles, I would use it very little as it is sure to be a classic.

Bring it to a meet sometime, where you based?
