Use the 452's and Kumho KU31's on my M3, and they are very good, currently running F1 Assys, again very good, better than PS2, but not 50% better than the Falkens and Kumhos, that the  F1 price demands.
When the Golf needs new boots, will use the Kumho's, again though just had to fit a new PS2 today, another sidewall bulge from a pothole,   £155, just not worth it.
Camskill  mail order are very good prices, but have to use local fitter ,  but fitted at home -- Event tyres are excellent

HUH? u went over a pothole in a michelin tire and it gave you a bulge?
ive had the F1s and i dont llike the previous tire tread pattern picks up to much stones and stuff

Yep 3rd time with sidewall damage on a PS2, they appear to cut easily. Which F1 have you used, the GS-D3 or Assy?, they are chalk and cheese

Personnaly, I would save the dosh and use the Falken or Kumho, you will not be disappointed

Wow i thought michelin were the kings, all tire garages swear by them, 100% good reviews ment to last around the world lol
maybe you hit it a little to hard? i once mounted a kerb while parking and hit my pirelli tire and that made a big bulge was very surprised as i was doing like 4mph..

Its because of the use of low profile tires!

Kumho?? they are really bad, you get them put on your budget alloy wheels packages, had them on some 18"s. poor in the dry and very poor in the wet.
