I just stuck a couple of bungs in from halfords :) Had to buy two packs though, one for the big hole and then a smaller pack with a tiny one for the small hole :) Only about £1.50 a pack. Alternitively you could go to a bits and bobs type motor parts place and they would proberly have them individually for about 20p each! I couldnt be bothererd to measure the holes though and just tried them till they fitted!

Cool, I thought it would be harder than that to find them! Was it much work to remove the wiper and mechanism?

I assume the smaller hole would be for the washer jet?

Nope was only a few bolts. I only took the wiper out at first which was only one nut under the flap on the outside I think. The motor is helt in by 2/3 bolts :)

The smaller hole is where the jet was. I left it for a while as I couldnt get it out but it just needs a good pull!

Just don't complain when you can't see out the rear window. The vacuum the mk2 creates in order to keep its tail on the floor is pretty impressive.

My rear wiper stopped working. I replaced the motor but still knackered so gave up on it and just changed its position so it now lays flat.

I like the look of it. Maybe try it on yours before you totally remove it and see what you think.

hahaha, thinking about it I know how dirty it gets I try not to touch the boot when I open it its that dirty, and its like that 1 day after I have washed it!! Its ok though I mostly use my wing mirrors anyway, we all have to suffer for fashion

I've always said I want the wiper either in the standard position or not at all, so its going. I'm strange I know!

I normally clean my car once a week and don't do many miles so I haven't had a problem with not being able to clear it but ATM in this bad weather it can get pretty bad on a run!

Still going to remove it on my next car and possibly all cars to come just because I think they look bad :undecided:
