My MFA only shows me the mpg, clock and engine temp
it doesnt show me the mph, oil temp or the other functions
Is this normal or can this be fixed and how?

mine did that when the battery was getting flat, I just pulled the fuse and reset it all, worked fine then

yeah after jump starting mine when my battery was f**ked it would f**k up my MFA sometimes. It sometimes even left me without a clock. Usually disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after a min would sort it out. Now I've got a new battery everything's perfect again.

Its the little power spikes when you connect the battery or jump start the car that play havoc with the MFA but you cant help doing it. sometimes disconnecting the battery then quickly putting it back on sorts out the problems.

I tried the battery trick but i pulled the fuse out instead and it seems fine apart from the oil temp
Any more clues?

The oil temp doesn't kick in till its hit 50 degrees, I did a 20 mile journey the other day without getting a reading!!! go race the ass of it and see what you get
