I had mine fitted by JKM 3 weeks ago. I can't comment on how they improve the handling as I had Bilstein PSS9/B16 coilovers and Eibach Anti-Roll bars front and rear fitted at the same time. Also, the AntiLiftKit comes with uprated bushes for the rear wishbone. The only thing I would say is that the car handles superbly now and to me its like the difference between a standard Mk4 GTI and the Mk5 GTI. The only thing I didn't like was that the car steering felt heavy after the suspension mods - more like an R32 - and the car lost a bit of its nimbleness and character. However, I went back to JKM to have Powerflex bushes fitted to the front wishbone - to match the ones fitted at the rear with the Anti Lift Kit - and when I drove the car, the car felt a lot lighter and more original again... it regained its character. Oh, I also had the PSS9 coilovers set back from 4 to 1 (there is a ring that adjusts the ride hardness/softness with 1 being the softest and 10 the hardest setting). I am not sure whether it was adding the powerflex bushes to the front of the wishbone that did the trick or adjusting the suspension, but I strongly suspect it was adding the powerflex bushes as I have read on another forum that adding the WALK ({Whiteline Anti Lift Kit) makes the car steering feel heavier. The WALK comes with Powerflex type bushes for the rear of the wishbone suspension but not the front and it has been recommended by certain quarters that you uprate the front too as the original OEM bushes are not the same as the rear. Of course, the transformation of the car back to its original nimbleness might have been completely unrelated to the above and it may have been something simple like adjustments to the suspension set-up that I don't know about.
