hi i have a similar problem with my mk3 gti 2.0 16v it jerks intermitandly then doesnt do it for a while changed ht leads dizzy cap rotor arm where is best place to buy these relays ?

i've removed the plastic covers from my ECU and fuel pump relays and they look ok but i'm not really sure what i'm looking for?

Any chance you can put up photos of the relays uncovered.
I have tested my fuel pump one with a 12v battery and a hedlamp bulb.
