1) Is it correct that if I buy a 10mm kit for example it will widen the car 5mm on each side?
2) What’s hubcentric and how do I find out if I need hubcentric spacers.
3) At what width do I have to change my bolts for longer one's.

1) it depends, most would say a 10mm spacer is 10mm per spacer rather than 10mm overall. best to check with the supplier when you buy.
2) hubcentric is a spacer with a 'hub' on the face where the wheel sits. this locates the wheels properly, meaning the wheel isn't being supported by the bolts = safer! hubcentric is only available, generally, on 10mm or above.
3)again, depends on your wheels and how much thread you have poking through to tighten your wheels up! if ion doubt, get longer bolts as you really don't want your wheel falling off due to saving a few quid!

What do you think of the ones on link? to cheap?

Eibach or H&R?

They only seem to go hubcentric with the wider spacer which fits in with what you say about the extra support.

i would like the tyres to just sit outa the arch or just flush with it thanks james

If you have the wheel just out of the arch, you would be bending the rules and a jobsworth bobby could give you aggravation you don't need.
