Well it sounds sweet!!!
Billy and I wired it all up yesterday and gave it a bit of a test!
Yep! sounds good - all that work and time and effort worth it in the end.
Funny thing happened though........
After we had it running for about 15 mins it all went dead!!! Headunit stopped working!
Still had power to some bits like the motorised face, but not producing any sounds. So pulled it out again and played with wires, no obvious breaks etc. Then I was playing with the ignition key and made it work. But only by tweaking the key! So it became obvious that it was the ignition live had developed a fault!!!?
Dont know what or why, so all we did was wire it up as permanent live and no probs!
