Thanks for that little nugget, I have tried that on my 1.8t's but was unaware you could perform the re-set on the 2.0TFSI. I'll give that a go later, I'm always keen on bits of maintenance that don't cost any money  :grin:

Thank you for the (belated!) welcome, I was quite taken aback by the lack of feedback initially as it's usually quite busy on these forums, that's why I persevered!!!

I won't say I'm convinced I don't have a problem but I'm satisfied enough not to want to spend £50 on a new accelerator pedal  :grin:
Maybe I'll invest in a Sprint-booster one day, maybe not.... :undecided: That would cure it once and for all.
