Hi Guys,
I'm building a 2litre 16v engine for my trackday car and i need a baffled sump, does anyone know where i can get one or if anyone sells the baffles so could weld them in myself?

Take the sump off and clean it out.

get some cardboard and mock up two baffles, each with a mouse hole in it.

Make sure it doesnt foul anything

Use the cardboard templates to construct tin baffles.

Weld in place.

Two hours work and a few quid.

If I can find the pics of the one I did I will post them.

Agreed. There's nothing that complicated about these, it's one of those things that cost multiples of what goes into them.

search for a guy called vagobonds on ebay, he sells the sumps with the baffles already fitted or he just sells the baffles seperately

He also does the rounds on various forums
