8v still wont start

my problem is there isnt a live at the dizzy and i dont have a clue what it could be please help

trace the center lead from the dizzy back to the ignition coil, and whip that off. If you can, get another one from a fellow golfer (that is proven to work) and stick it on yours. If it still doesn't start then it might be time to start tracing the wiring back from there.

well i am under the impression that the spark comes from the ecu to the coil pack then to the dizzy. so check to coil if not try swapping the ecu. they are cheap enough off the gay bay. last one i bought was chipped too. (bonus!!)

there is a live at the coil but the middle wire on the hall sender should pulse from a live to an earth if i put a live to the dizzy it sparks but the wire goes to the ecu and the ignition module also could the ignition switch have anything to do with this

REMOVE IT ALL INC LOOM , SKIP IT & FIT SOMTHING BETTER LIKE AN ABF 16V OR VR6 OR 20VT :laugh:

Well i have thought about that but being 18 i dont think i could afford to get out of the garage but i would be nice to just look and admire
