mk 16v g reg

hi i got a mk2 16v and the belt broke. so the heads off now and i was wondering what i could do to it while its off. as in biger vales gasflow head eny ideas would be very cool thanks

depends how much you want to spend and what your skill levels are.
The easiest thing to do is just de-coke everything with emery paper so it's all nice and clean and re-seat the valves.
You could match the inlet and exhaust manifold ports to their respective manifolds with too much risk of
f-ing things up if it's the first time you done anything like this.
After that there's porting, but it's quite a risky job for a first timer as it's easy to make performance and fuel use worse if you do it wrong.

hi ye i am a mecanic i know all bout gasfow heads and bigger valves and polish ports and stuff i just wanted 2 know wats best 4 the valver heads iv already de coked it it was full of carbon and might c bout openin up the inlet ports 2 nice 1 thanks big help. eny info on hight lift cams .G.
