if it keeps blowing fuses theres a good reason for it, which you want to track down and fast.  Wiring problems are not best solved by bypassing fuses, if you do that you risk starting an electrical fire!

very true, dont bypass any fuses they are there for a purpose!!!!!!! (as a comms guy in the raf, things will go boom if you do!!!)

if i was to take it garage to get sorted how much am i lookin at spendin, roughly???
Or should i run fresh wires from relay 2 pump, would that sort problem????

you could give it a try at least you are ruling out another another thing in the loop

I reckon 15A is too high. Reccomended is 10A for the fuel pump. The fuel pump wire is designed for 10A.

Best check out why your having to fit a 15A. You have bypassed the fuse, the fuel pump wire is not big enough to carry more than 15A......wire gets hot.......wire sleeving will melt and might result in a fire.

If the fuel lines are blocked then the pump is having to work harder, so the pump needs more current. Is the fuel pump getting hot????

the std fuse for the fuel pump is 15a :)

yeah it def should be 15amp, im jus gonna take it garage 2morro get them 2 check it out, hopefully it wont cost 2 much
