I have not said the Dealer is poor.
It is the fact that the car is from the West End. You never quite know.
Was the previous keeper a lady Owner. That might qualify the mileage and condition, please check all previous MOT's and make sure all the service history is contiguous ( ie progressive dates to progressive mileage)
