Radio not coming on when...

i turn the ignition on, its the standard gamma unit with in dash changer. when i take the unit out and look at the loom from the iso it looks like i have a cut blue wire but goes nowhere in the loom its self?

Could this be the problem?

What is the blue wire for?

blue is usually for the electric aerial or for turning the amplifiers on

Cheers mate, i never thought of course blue is the remote wire. I will have to check connections again if no luck ill have to assume the head unit i nackard.
