I live in Scarborough and we have been advised that all of the long stay car parks in Whitby, Scarborough and Filey are, and will remain, closed. Visitors are, officially, not welcome! All public toilets are also closed, as are most shops and eating places, although take away meals are still available, of course. The feeling around here is that we are behind the curve for Covid-19, with a distance still to go.
