Slightly off-topic, but the last Haldex car I owned was a 2007 Audi TT 3.2 - bought new. The most worn tyre @ 20k was the near side rear, when I chose to replace them all. Surprised me too!

Booked it in for it's second service (2 weeks today).  Can't believe how fast the 2 years ownership has gone - time flies when you love your R.  Might have to do a little birthday 2 year review to mark the milestone.  Birthday present was the PS4S.

Had mine just over two years too (30th of August) and can't believe where that went. I wasn't so generous though, mine just got a new air filter!

It's the sentiment that counts not the cost although try telling that to my bank balance!

Booking mine in for it's first year service within the next week or so.  Time really does fly.  It does not feel like I have had it a year already??

A year already!  Time goes fast in a fast car.

Blimey yes, time does fly. Four years for me in a white mk7 next month!

No facelift in your white mk7 lineup.  You're slacking.  Must try harder.

Does anyone know how to remove deep scuffs/scratches from a leather steering wheel. After visiting my local dealership for the first year service of my Golf R I have noticed 2x 20cm+ long scuffs/scratches on my steering wheel which are fairly deep, please help?

No, unfortunately.  I'd seek the advice of a leather specialist if I were you, especially if the leather has actually been cut.  I think you can get leather binder and re-colouring kits I think. You can use stuff like shoe polish rubbed into scuffs to lessen the appearance.
