hi all im looking at getting a front mount but have been reading it cause a lot of lag,,,can anyone give me some advice on what to buy? size of cooler and pipe sizes please or even if there worth getting? thanks in advance

It's 2.5" pipes you need and a wellycooler seems quite highly regarded on here.

Yeah I have a wellycooler, its very fiddly to get 100% but well worth it when it is.

I had no real extra lag or power increase after fitting my ebay fmic with the standard map. 2.25" inlet, 2.5" outlet.
As much as its doing a great job now, it was a nightmare to fit. Had to modify and buy in loads of new pipes.
If i had to do it again id fork out for one of the more expensive kits that will fit the car properly
