The 150PD was overdue a cam belt change so I tackled that over the weekend.
I'd locked out the cam with the proper tool and made sure the crank was bang on the marks.
The drive to work usually reads 49-52mpg. This morning it was 41

The drive home is always 52-55mpg so I'll see what that gives me as I did do a fair bit of overtaking this morning and it was a bit colder also.
I'm wondering if the timing has moved from before as you have those 3 13mm's on the cam that can adjust the timing. I was pretty confident they were tightened the same as they were undone.
The power seems to be just as quick as before running a R-tech remap @ 185bhp/320ft/lb
