Got the Auto Glym The Collection Perfect Bodywork and Wheels set for Christmas but not 100% sure when is best to use all them (how often) and best way to apply/remove the product and at what point in the washing process.
Sorry if my sequence makes people cry... im doing my best I promise.
Inside
1. Hover the inside seats, carpets and mats.
2. Using Mr Sheen Multi surface polish clean all the surfaces with microfiber cloth.
3. Buff the windows (not got any window cleaner at the mo something missing for my collection kit need to get)
Outside
1. Rinse car with water.
2. I got some snow foam but its not that good I don't think (Car plan Demon Foam as it come with foam gun)
3. Leave foam for about 3-4 mins for foam til nearly gone from car and rinse again.
4. Using warm water 2 bucket method with a lambs wool mit, wash each panel at a time rinsing with hose after each panel (currently using Turtle Zip Wax but have got some Meguiars Gold Class car wash to go onto) starting with roof, then windows, bonnet then working round the car.
5. Rinse how car off a final time.
6. Spray Auto Glym clean wheels onto the alloy and using a mirco fibre hand mit wash the alloys using wheel brush to get inside.
7. Dry car with large microfiber cloth
8. Wipe round the doors boot and bonnet for spots missed.
9. Spray Auto Glym Alloy wheel seal and whip off/ rub in the excess.
10. Using Auto Glym Metal Polish clean exhaust tips inside and out.
So my question is how many people are crying after reading what I do to my car, the wheel side of it I think I got. But the resin polish and gloss protection im a bit unsure on, btw its a candy white car if that makes much difference.
Thanks
