Lambda to get AFR from values is

14.7 / the value in the lambda map.

Take your timing map. KFZW 


X value is the RPM of the engine
Y value is the load?
Z value is the timing specified to run at the point.

So if you have a engine load of 8ms at 6000rpm you will see 23.25* of timing


Log log and log and see what effect the changes have on the engine.  Set the boost and fuel first, then you can work on the other areas such as timing.   Pointless setting timing when its affected by the boost you push through a engine.

i wouldn`t bother any tuning without a wideband afr kit though..

Theres no 'quick' explanation about it.   You need to know how engines function, make their power and the fundamentals of engine timing and how it changes with boost etc
