this setup will give NO fuel starvation, the setup i did with the pump in the standard swirl pot was a fail!
also this set up is capable of massive power!

didn't think youd see fuel starvation in the swirl pots unless you went around a corner or something for a very long time...

but fair enough, see why your doing it just didn't think there would be much point, but if you say you were getting fuel starvation ill take your word.

build looks good though mate, top work

it`s not my build lol its randomjons..
my walbro intank pump with swirl pot worked fine untill you got quite low on fuel, as soon as you hit a roundabout and try to give it beans off, it just wouldnt happen!

Ive had the same problem with the walbro intank am going to put a standard back in and make a similar single swirl pot for the walbro if this works when I pressure test it

This dual one is for the next project that hopefully will get tracked so wont be going on the mk4 the walbro is good enough for that.

i wish i had the skills to make one for the walbro.. but im going another way about it now, im going to use a standard lift pump with an external surge tank and an inline pump..

Yeah I was looking at the surge tanks with the inline attached to it but not going to waste money buying another pump as ive got the walbro.

The walbro is slightly different compared to the 044 there is a little lip that goes round so it was easy to use that between the 2 plates to hold it in place but the walbro is completely smooth. Ive got a idea of how to do it just need to wait until I can remove it and look at it to see if its possible.
