Right coincidence or not since having my stage 2 done, the inside of my car gets very warm, just been driving it now and I would say its the equivalent of having the heaters on.
Now it had a new VW genuine temp sensor a few months back and a thermostat probably around 6m ago, I know I have a very small leak down the side of the timing chain cover

(its that small a leak, I have had to top it up around once a month) Cam belt is due in around 1yr from memory
The temp gauge sits at 90 after warming up and it doesn't drop when you go faster so am I right in thinking this rules the thermostat out as a possible cause?
Struggling here to find what it could be.
