ive ordered a new radio from vw, coming straight from germany. the guy told me it was brand new and a straight upgrade from the system i have now, its been a month since ive ordered it and it still hasnt arrived.
this is the only place i can find that has any info on it.

You ordered that from VW???

That looks like some sort of cheap Chinese tat, except it's not not all that cheap. For not much more money you could have bought a genuine RCD510 and a retro fit Bluetooth kit.

I'd try and get your money back if I was you. Good luck, you'll probably need it.

Took your advice, i got my money back. Ended up with an alpine ine-w920. Why do i have such expensive taste :shocked:  It looks better than any oem system tbh http://www.alpine-europe.com/p/Products/bluetooth-and-usb8/ine-w920r
