Noise when pulling away in first gear

Ok took it for MOT passedwith flying colours taking to a VW specialist today to get it looked at. I have noticed the aux belt tensioner is moving a bit too much but that could not be it surely

Ok so that was a waste of time I think he had less idea than me  Spoke to a mate who is a mechanic he said suggested changing the oil in the gearbox. hopefully that will sort it, has anyone had any probs with the aux belt tensioner causing a noise ? I think I will change it just to make sure
