to be honest mate - in A LOT of cases, you pay for what you get - I would recommend going for a forge one maybe?

something like this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORGE-FRONT-MOUNT-INTERCOOLER-KIT-VW-GOLF-Mk4-GTI-1-8T-/140504679072?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20b6bb42a0

Yes - its more expensive - but lets be honest we all know whats these are like :P
Performance mods: Revo stage 2 map, 5 Peice Hose Kit & TIP, Evoloution Motorsport Air Filter, N249 by-pass, Forge spliter valve, ECS N75 Valve, KW 50mm springs &shocks, Front & Rear Eiabach ARB, Full Milltek Turbo back exhaust.

BHP: 231
TRQ: 251.7 lb-ft

Yea forge was just an examples (and yeah - it does stick the poor wallet :P) - I'm sure it would be fine ... always one way to find out    - its for the sake of saying atleast you know what to expect froma  company like forge (in terms of aftermarket care also as there pretty darn good)
