Hi do golf vr6 calipers fit straight onto golf gti 16v or will I have to mod to fit

Find the 280mm disk setup and use 4x100 g60 disks. not sure on the 288 unless its just the the caliper carrier thats different. Girling 54's calipers are the ones you need.

You need 280mm carriers n calipers found on early mk3 vr6 & 16v. You cannot fit later 288mm calipers and carriers to a mk2 4stud hub

and your mk2 16v needs to be running 256mm setup, or else youll need to changes hubs also
