Abf gearbox conversion

Evening chaps just recently done a abf conversion in my mk2 got a couple of questions ..
1. Ive read some were but cant find it have tried searching that you can use a mk2 1.3 speedo cable drive to give me back my speed counter as abf is electronic .
2. Sinse doing the conversion everything went well and plugged the reverse light sensor back on but its not throwing my reverse light on ?? Could it be a dodgy reverse light on the abf gearbox ?
Thanks all

I believe that is the correct cable to use, and I suspect the reverse switch in the gearbox is dead, as my abf was plugged in an the lights worked, there was no other wiring to play with for these so yeah I'd start with the switch in the box

There's also an early Passat 3B cable you could use for the speedo. May be the same, of course.
