Mk4 Golf Gti AGU not boosting

I. Sorry if been asked before but my 2000 mk4 *AGU not boosting ive changed 3 split pipes
Ive had codes read and say coolant temp sensor
Would this cause issue im getting sensor at weekend
Any help or info or anybody local to leeds 9.to come and give there view would be appreciated

Yes more than likely. Is the problem temperature related? Like is it boosting fine when cold? They are a common failure and if the ecu is getting a bad signal it will go into limp mode with reduced boost.

Changed sensor but still same no boost  ar still drives

have you checked the dv and all the boost hoses

Yeah all look ok it has a forge rec valve fitted

dodgy MAF can cut the boost on the AGU

you need to do some logs really, find someone in your area with VAG COM and go for a blast as it might show something

Thanks all for replys i removed turbo all vains were damaged amd had 3 large cracks where it bolts to down pipe so gona brake car

I would get a second hand turbo from scrapyard ,the ko3s and have it mapped. You will get more power than the agu turbo.
