Fine, if you want to be a cock about it, I'll help.
Looking at the picture that the OP has posted, the inlets are clearly not 25mm OD, as is obvious. i would suggest they will be 31mm OD and 25mm ID, which relates to 1 1/8th in imperial sizing. Why so many parts are still sized to suit old imperial sizes I do not know, but it happens a lot still.
If you still want to fit this SplitR valve, I'd suggest you purchase 2x 25mm alloy couplers and 2x 25-31mm silicon reducers, along with 6 JCS Hi-Grip stainless steel clamps in the 35-45mm size.
You can purchase all of those bits from
www.siliconhoses.comOnce that lot arrives:
Insert the 25mm alloy couplers into the TIP and existing charge pipe connection (you may need to trim the reducers and original charge pipe down a bit), then fit the reducers and clamp that all up. then you should be able to fit the splitR and clamp up as normal.
Once you've got it installed, follow this link and set the valve up as per these instructions:
http://www.forgemotorsport.co.uk/media/USASPLTR.pdfThere we go, for the sake of GTIcheeseman I've made a helpful reply, but I'd still advise you stick it back on ebay and get a 007P.
I'm not trying to be arsey at all Cheesedude, I've been tuning 1.8T's for my self and many others for 6 years and tried most things in that time. I love Forge products, but I've never had a good experience with a SplitR valve, and they don't even sound that good.
