hey i have sorted the intercooler will post pics soon!! thanks
im trying to teach myself how to do this conversion and have hit a brick wall, (might be being stupid) but there is a charcole filter that connects to the throttle body? this is run with another set of hoses that i belive is something to do with fuel? or vacum? not sure can anybody help? need to know where it goes and what it actually does, someone has said to me that i may need a high pressure fuel pump to feed the fuel rail? im using the mk2 gti fuel pump set up?!!?
thanks guys Gary

What engine code are you putting in? You can delete the charcoal cannister without any issues (in fact I'd probably recommend doing so), have a look here for more info:

The fuel pump depends on the power that you're aiming for? Head to the Mk4 section for more advice on getting the engine working and the Mk2 section for help fitting it

Oh and welcome

Search for charcoal canister deletion on youtube too as there are lots of "how to" videos on there.

If you need an extra pair of hands, give me a shout! I'm only in Trowbridge. I've not worked on MK2/4s before but I like to think I can make myself useful
