« on: 17 June 2012, 10:47 »
hi all

very almost got myself a GTI... only problem is... while test driving it i notice the clutch pedal squeak every time i press it right down to change gear, there is no change in the feel of the the clutch or pedal or even the way it drives, but it squeak and it annoying... now, am i being a right n*b  and is a simple matter of some WD40, or is it a more serious issue?

it's on a 11 plate mk6

if it's from a main dealer get them to fix it
if it's from a private seller, buy it and get VW to fix it
shouldn't be squeaking and it's still under warranty, if that's the only problem then it can be fixed?

......but it's under warranty, you don't have to turn the music up or WD40 it, get a dealership to fix it
