Money aint to much of a problem, Work, Mod, Sleep.. 

Not looking for major gains, just more around 200bhp ish

Get the right stuff and you'll be knocking on the door of 300bhp 

Or to keep it relatively simple
THS engine mounts
Inspect your boost hoses for worn lugs and clips, replace the seals

Like i said, how much do you want to spend 

Injectors on a 150PD looking at about £800 no? Scrap that idea...17/22 hyrbrid, clutch, proper IC piping is about all you can I'd say without spending ridonkulous dollar...

200 is probable with a decent remap, guy running 200+ on ukmkivs with a standard map + decat and EGR delete

Make sure your turbo/clutch/cams are in good condition and you could probs push a custom map to 200 horsesys...
