Mine have some minor bubbling underneath, nothing too drastic but i'd rather leave them on until i can get it treated properly.

Riveter and rivets to put them back on really is not a costly purchase...

As above a rivet gun from machinemart will have a couple packs of rivets and prob cost a tenner.  So a worthwhile cheap investment

My plastic rear arches are not riveted on. They are on with black push in things. That I can pop out with a flathead screwdriver. They look standered like they are ment to be.

hmm, that sounds quite easy to take off and put back on, where did you get said "black push in things" lol, or did they come on your car that way?
