I had someone skate across my fingers when I used to go, luckily it was a set of hire skates or I may be called stumpy now

I also took a turn wrong one night and came a cropper, landed on my wrist and tore all the ligaments. I couldn't even hold a spoon in my hand for about a month

i fell on my right knee so many times its not funny,it would be all swollen and hurting from a friday nights skating, come saterday night,on the ice again, come monday,i wish i didn't go skating.i remember on the first night the rink opened in my town back in SA,this girl fell and a bloke skating backwards didn't see her so skated over her fingers, blood all over the place, poor thing never saw her again.
