Just fittings rods and new bearings would be fine. No need to knife edge and it'll save you removing the crank.
TT injectors might get you to 300bhp but anything over you'll want 550's really. Will give you room to get upto 350bhpmif you ever decided.
Rods are being run on 300+ cars, but I've also rebuilt engines on a stage 1 260bhp that bent a rod. Really not worth the risk of running on stock, cos I guarantee one will bend when you least cpect it.
From experience just fit the rods......
