as above looks like the pre cat sensor is truly dead??
but the maf appears to be ok as i had 191bhp on the rollers......

What makes you say the O2 is knackered? The accurate range for narrow band O2 sensors is the .400v to .800v or the 15.0:1 to 14.2:1 AFR ranges. Also there's no correction % which says it's behaving as it should.
