Hi all, i get power to the dials on the dashboard but the the dials are off but when i acclerate hard in first then break it works fine what could this be please help!

Have a look at the back of the clocks. Take the shroud off surrounding them, and blanks on the left, and lighting switch on the right. Undo the screws, pivot it forward and pull it out. Simples!

that cant be right :O cos ive never touched it the car was siting there for like 3 weeks and before it was perfect

It'll take 2 minutes to remove and have a look. Wires/connectors can work loose over time, in a car that vibrates etc. Doesnt matter if you have not checked it. If you wanna try and source the problem, check it out. Its not only an MOT failure remember, its illegal, but mostly its dangerous.  :wink:
