What on earth is Microsoft thinking?
That people actually want to do things with their computer, instead of just 'consume content' which seems to be all Apple is about these days.
And before any Apple fanboi steps out and starts going on about how great the Mac is for creating content, let's talk about how f*cking intuitive Photoshop is to use, shall we?
OSX is a duh operating system for people who like being treated like duh users. It drives me up the wall if I try and do something remotely more than just basic stuff. The ribbons work fine and Office for Mac looks and feels archaic.
Just how disingenuous this comparison is, is highlighted by the fact that the stupid comparison graphics have left off the top toolbar used in the 'minimised and streamlined' OSX model.
Oh that'll be because it might be floating miles away, half a screen above that window.
Hang on, I'll just <stupid symbol> + CMD or CTRL (but I can't remember which) + J to access that feature. Oh that's so streamlined.
FAIL.
