hi all

just bought a mk3 gti and im sure it has the above alarm fitted.

now it works fine aprt from not locking the passenger side door all the others lock apart from this one its a 5 door.

any ideas what the problem could be ?

Hi Bud its not a problem with the alarm as it doing its job when u press the lock button on the remote, its the motor in the passenger door thats packed up.
I know as i was employed by toad for 7 years

ahh right ok then any ideas how much a new motor will be and how easy it will be to fit ?

 :undecided:sorry mate i have no idea how to remove and refit you can get em off Ebay and do a search on youtube on how to change it
