Inlet manifold

any how-to on removing or fairly simple? as i want to paint it to go with new hoses and tip i've got

Easy really undoo tb hose, unclip air intake temp sensor, pull both vaccume pipes from under rhs (fpr and dv etc) cut clip for pcv valve (in center under manif) unclip connectors ontop of injectors and black clips pn top of fpr undo 2 allen keys that hold fpr and injectors down then pull up and twist to the left finally undoo all the allen bolts and 2 nuts and pull it off!!!! Easy!!!!
Remember to replace gassket!!!

Job done

replace gasket with new one? or just reuse? as was planning doing today but wouldn't be able to get new gasket today,might have to wait until next week if need a new one

I would get a new one as it can break up as i found out!!!! Always replace gaskets wen poss!!!

ah well will see if i can get one on monday somewhere
